Yes, KYC is mandatory for new users to use Chromepay app. For all the financial services on Chromepay full KYC needs to be completed.
Here's how you can transfer money on Chromepay.

1. Click on Transfer Funds.

2. Click on Chromepay.

3. Enter Mobile Number or Choose a contact from phonebook.

4. Click on send button.

5. Enter amount, reason, and password.

6. Click on send button for completing a successful transfer.

Here's how you can change your password on Chromepay.

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Change Password.

3. Enter current password.

5. Enter new password.

5. Re-Enter new password.

6. Click on submit button for updating your password.

Here's how you can check your transactions.

1. Your recent 5 transactions are on Dashboard under your activity segment.

2. Click on arrow button.

3. You'll get the list of all the transactions.

Here's how you can withdraw money from Chromepay account.

1. Click on Withdraw Money on Dashboard.

2. Select if you want to withdraw to the personal account or to a beneficiary.

3. Select the bank account you want to withdraw the money or add a new bank account by clicking on the plus button.

4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

5. Click on submit button to withdraw the amount successfully.
